Ringworm is skin infection coused by a fungs and not a worm
which you get rid of with ringworm treatment. It
apears on top of your skin and can be seen as red circle of rash
in the middle of the circle slihtly lighter, looking like a
ring. The word is full of yeast, fungi and molds, but only few
of them are problematic for skin. This skin problematic fungi
can live only on dead layer of creatin(protein on top of the
skin). They cannot live on mocous membranes, like mouth and
vagina. It is infectious and can be spread from person to person
or from animal, communal places like souna, swimming pools and

your hands and clothes frequently. |

simple. Ringworm is fortunatly easy to diagnose. You can
diagnose by your self by the look and symptoms, or if not shure
go to doctor. Doctor will by determine it by looking at it or by
scraping off a small sample of the flaky infected skin to test
for the fungus. Medicine is in cream or tablets.
Creams are more often used. Apply cream to the lesion and a bit
beyond its border two times a day for period of two weeks
minimum. Most widely prescribed cream is
Lamisil, or natural remedy, for more severe cases covers
greater area, affects nails or scalp
oral medication is prescribed. |
